July 20th, 2026 I was persuaded by a friend to visit the Glasgow Lands Scottish Festival at Look Memorial Park in Florence (Northampton) Massachusetts.
Being of a Canuck-American background, I am a bit unfamiliar with the different clans and pipe bands. I have been to Scotland before, so I did really enjoy revisiting the whole culture, and overall great time.
Any excuse to visit something new, and use the camera is always enough to get me to go along. Since getting an actual camera (and not using the phone for pictures) I really have been digging getting out, living in the moment, and being more aware of whats going on around me.
I shot this in mostly black and white because of the dreary dark day. this is a nice change of pace because it makes me look at shapes rather than color. When using color I tend to use my eye for different tasks.
